Reuter Walton starts work on Mill District apartment tower
Reuter Walton has closed on the purchase of land in the Mill District where the developer is planning a 12-story apartment project with 225 units.

The apartment complex, proposed in 2018 and completed in 2019, is located in the Macalester-Groveland neighborhood. The property encompasses more than 79,000 square feet and includes studios, alcoves and other units ranging from one to three bedrooms.
