Nick Walton is the President & CEO of Reuter Walton. He has a knack for seeing potential where others don’t and working through issues where others won’t. With a comprehensive background in development, finance and construction, he is able to manage a successful project from concept to completion. He has developed 42 ground up projects, spanning over 4 million square feet and 4,800 units valued at over $1.65 billion.

With over 15 years of experience within the real estate development industry; Anne was a natural fit as General Counsel & COO for Reuter Walton. Anne is known for ensuring each project receives the thoroughness and efficiency it deserves. Her expertise in multifamily, student housing, hospitality and commercial developments add value and momentum to each of Reuter Walton’s projects. Anne’s comprehensive knowledge of the industry and her drive for results allow Reuter Walton to maintain their forward momentum. In 2015, Anne was named one of the Top Women in Finance by Finance and Commerce. In 2019 she received an In House Counsel Award from Finance & Commerce.

Paul joined Reuter Walton in 2019 and has over a decade of experience in real estate development. He has originated and completed market rate, affordable, and senior living developments using both traditional sources of financing and State/Federal LIHTC and historic tax credits. Paul has an MBA from Hamline University and is responsible for site selection, underwriting, debt & equity sourcing, closing and construction management.

An experienced project manager with an emphasis in multi-family residential, Kris brings over a decade of commercial construction experience to Reuter Walton. Throughout his career, he’s overseen the completion of everything from market rate apartments to hotels, warehouses and medical office buildings. His deep knowledge in contract negotiation, estimating and construction management ensure every Reuter Walton project is executed to the highest standards—on time and within budget.

Jared brings a decade of LIHTC and market-rate real estate development experience to Reuter Walton. He is experienced in all aspects of the development process from origination to construction management. His wealth of knowledge includes financing using a variety of capital sources; including low income housing tax credits, historic tax credits and traditional bank financing.

Kelley joined Reuter Walton with over 8 years of experience in the industry, specializing in multi-family and medical office buildings. Her love for bringing ideas to reality and her focus on relationships empower Kelley to hold each project to the highest standards. Her passion and attention to detail keeps projects running smoothly and guarantees they receive the time and dedication they deserve.

Cory brings to Reuter Walton a multitude of accounting experience in industries including development, construction, investment, and real estate. His wealth of knowledge includes fund accounting, budgeting, forecasting, annual audit and tax return processes, financial reporting and cash risk management. Cory’s passion for problem solving and analysis helps ensure that Reuter Walton has all the information required to make the best decisions for each asset in its portfolio.
