The Hummingbird will be a mixed-use building with office spaces as well as luxury apartments. The lower level will be precast with wood framing above. The lower level will contain live/work studios. The ground level will have two offices and the 3rd and 2nd level will hold three apartment units. The offices and 3rd floor apartments will each have a 15-foot operable wall that will open to patio spaces.

This project will be in the Uptown neighborhood of Minneapolis within walking distance of theaters, cafes and restaurants.
